In all the talk about helping people with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety, there’s no shortage of advice for the people who are actually suffering from these conditions. But what’s curiously absent from all the literature, is some help for the families who desperately need advice on coping with anxiety in a loved one. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t be focusing on the person who actually has the problem, but let’s be honest, we need some advice to. I mean living with someone who is constantly either bouncing off the walls with anxiety, or lying in bed with severe depression, is just not easy.
